The poem is written in rhyming couplets in iambic pentameter. It is divided into four books. Endymion is the poem  which is based on the Greek myth of Endymion.

What is the main theme of the poem?
The main theme of the poem is its starting lines "A thing of beauty is a joy for ever". Keats wants permanence of beauty so he chose such a theme that is related to beauty.

Why does Endymion not take part in the ceremony?
Endymion does not take part in the ceremony because he is feeling unwell. He seems to be in dozing condition.

What does Endymion tell his sister after awakening from his long sleep?
After awakening from the sleep, Endymion tells his sister Peona about his dream. He tells her about Cynthia Who loves him so much.
